About the role 

We currently have an exciting opportunity to act as the hotel representative to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Confidently engage with customers and address their needs in an efficient and effective manner; and 
• Undertake general food and beverage tasks whilst offering prompt and friendly service; and
• Maintain up to date knowledge on menus and all offerings to guests throughout the hotel; and
• Ensure the Club Lounge is presentable at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications 

• Minimum 12 months experience within a busy fine dining or an a la carte environment.
• You must be meticulously organised and have professional and highly articulate communication and presentation skills.
• Well-developed time management and prioritising skills.
• Maintain a confident, positive and approachable demeanor.
• Wine and spirit knowledge (advantageous though not essential).
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
• Flexible availability to work across a rotating roster, which includes mornings, evenings and weekends. 
• A current RSA/Food Handlers Certificate or ability to obtain one.
